Pole classes are progressive, ie you start in Beginners (with the easy stuff) and work your way up – and you go at your own pace. We’re all grown-ups here, and there are no exams to pass to progress to the next level, no mandatory performance nights and no special equipment or clothing to purchase.
Pole Dance is recognised as one of the best exercise activities to give your a full body workout which combines resistance training, conditioning, balance, flexibility, increased energy and boosted self confidence – not to mention a serious dose of awesome in every class!

Aerial Yoga is fun, challenging and includes four different dimensions of fitness. This innovative class is designed to introduce you to the basics of aerial and give a general overview of the different styles of aerial classes we offer. We’ll cover the basics of using the hammock, using sitting, standing and inverted moves and holds.
You’ll work on overall strength and flexibility – and you may even discover a few muscles you didn’t know existed or may have forgotten about.
