Pol-arise classes are an exciting new concept in ladies fitness and provide a
fun and motivation-filled way to improve both your mental and physical well
being. Our classes are suitable for ladies of all ages (16-60+),shapes, sizes
and fitness levels - from Beginners right through to Professional level. You
don’t need to be fit to start – you soon will be! Pole dance is more effective
than the same amount of time spent at the gym - and it’s a lot more fun!
Pol-arise Pole Dance classes are inspired by the age old art of pole dance
(without the striptease element). It involves a fusion of pole moves, dance and
resistance training both on and off the pole and it won’t be long till you
discover greater muscle tone and definition in the arms, waist, butt, thighs and
legs – not to mention increased flexibility and a little extra self confidence
So come in and try it out for yourself -
you won’t be disappointed!
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING TO A POLE DANCE CLASS shorts,
t-shirt and bare feet (high heels or jazz shoes are optional). Shorts should be
above the knee as you use the skin on your legs to grip on to the pole and tops
should be a T-shirt or Singlet top - strapless tops are not very practical.
Please, no hand/wrist jewellery (rings, watches and bracelets) - necklaces and
earrings are fine. Just bring a bottle of water and a hand towel to class.
BOOKINGS
You can reserve your place in a Pol-arise class by phone, email, fax or in the
Studio. Your place can be held up to 48 hours to allow you time to make your
payment and send in your enrolment forms. If payment is not received within this
time, it will be made available to others.
